archinstall script tries to install a blacklisted package.

The `archinstall` install script tries to install `intel-media-driver` on my machine when I select to install a desktop environment with Intel drivers, but the package isn't found due to it being blacklisted. The package lists for `archinstall` on the arch32 ISO should be modified to not include blacklisted packages.

Yes, the list of graphics and window manager has to be drastically adapted for Archlinux32 (no nvidia, no Window managers
like deepin), etc. This is not adapted at all. (maybe we should start to open a bug reporting section for archinstall32?).
