archinstall script tries to use Arch mirrors instead of Arch32 mirrors

Using the `mirror region` option in `archinstall` overwrites the default Arch32 mirrors with the Arch mirrors, breaking the install process. The install will work fine if the option isn't touched. The script on the Arch32 ISO shouldn't try and use the regular Arch mirrors. The script either shouldn't show that option or only show mirrors that serve Arch32 packages.

funny, I thought I patched that in archinstall32 (https://git.archlinux32.org/archinstall32/). The next
ISO is overdue, but currently devtools and buildmaster have priority.
