Starting to collect ways of using Archlinux32 with the new devtools32:

Install the Arch32 versions of the devtools:

git clone https://git.archlinux32.org/devtools32/
make
make install

Check out a package and build it:

pkgctl repo clone --arch32 --protocol https <package>
{core,extra}-{staging/testing}-{pentium4/i686/i486}-build
