blueman no module

hello
problem with blueman gives me this

File "/usr/bin/blueman-manager", line 16, in <module>
    from blueman.main.Manager import Blueman
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'blueman'

This might be a Python rebuild issue, not having a recent blueman version with Python bindings or so..
