apache/mod_perl.so do not work after upgrade

Hello,

I use mod_perl in my apache web server. Now I upgraded my arch linux and it upgraded perl to 5.38. Unfortunately mod_perl is linked against perl 5.36.

Mod_perl needs to be recompiled. Is there anything I can do to make that happen?

Re: apache/mod_perl.so do not work after upgrade

Hello,

a small follow up. I found out, that it indeed is a known problem. At https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mod_perl I found the hint, that the current version does not work with perl 5.38. But there is a upstream version mod_perl-2.0.13-rc1. Where can I find such upstream versions?

I should answer myself. It is indeed a mod_perl upgrade, which seems not to be released and packaged yet. Thats really bad. My webserver is down. It is possible to downgrade perl to 5.36? I have the impression, that there may be many dependencies on that. I which I would have not run the upgrade.
