error failed to install packages to new root

I booted into live iso of arch 32 (2023.03.02) and partitioned and made the filesystem. when I typed pacstrap /mnt base linux linux-firmware, download starts and after completing the download it says "error failed to install packages to new root" the error is related to a keyring "Eric Eckner". I also had issues with this keyring earlier. nano and reflector packages can be downloaded but when I download some other packages it again comes up with error related to keyring. What should I do?

Re: error failed to install packages to new root

Try "Fixing Broken Keyring(s)" on "https://www.archlinux32.org/download/".

The ISO is so old that the keyring on the ISO contains old PGP signatures.

Had to disable SigLevel=Never for the first step (installing the keyrings).

Re: error failed to install packages to new root

Nope, At the moment not, mainly because too many prerequisites to build one are currently broken.
