No more packages updateds since 4 June

Hi Guys,
I think I'm running on some troubles on my archlinux32 installation but can't find the cause.
I've updated my distribution last time on 4 June and since then every time I launch
pacman -Syu i
t says that "there is nothing to do".
I've no errors or no signal of any sort of problems.

I don't think that there are no new releases in last 45 days it seems so strange so I think that there is some problem on my machine.

Have you any suggestion where to start to check?

my /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist content is

Server = http://mirror.archilinux32.org/$arch/$repo
Server = http://de.mirror.archilinux32.org/$arch/$repo

Thanks a lot for you support,
Valerio

There are not really a lot of updates lately, so I don't think anything is wrong with your installation.
