[Fixed] KDE Plasma Issue: no system tray

Hi,

I'm experiencing several issue with KDE Plasma desktop:

  • The system tray and other plasma applets have stopped showing up in the panel

  • I can't right-click on the desktop anymore

  • krunner won't execute commands

This looks consistent with an issue experienced by a Debian user: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397875
The issue was caused by Plasma packages built against a wrong version of the KDE Frameworks.

Looking through the Arch32 package database I can see that some KDE Frameworks packages are version 5.49 while others are still version 5.48, so it looks like it's the same issue.

Edit: I've enabled the testing repositories, updated my system and the issue is gone

Re: [Fixed] KDE Plasma Issue: no system tray

ok, so we "just" need to move stuff from testing to stable, you say?
Probably, we should move quite some packages anyway ...
