Re: Youtube Videos

Good to see that youtube's automatic captions are as bad for French as they are for English.

Nice of you to mention RISC OS also, although I didn't catch what you said about it.  I believe they have plans to make the OS more portable so that it can be ported to 64-bit ARMv8 more easily, but so far it's only a paper project as far as I know.

And props also for showing off your EeePC.  I'm posting this from my EeePC 901, which is much preferable for living room internet than a hefty laptop especially as I mostly remove the battery and run it from the mains.  Your battery seems in much better condition than mine though; I think five out of the six cells in mine have gone bust, and it only gave me less than half an hour of runtime with the screen off last time I tested it.

Architecture: pentium4, Testing repos: Yes, Hardware: EeePC 901+2GB RAM+OS half on the SD card.

The two videos are from Frederic Bezies.

Re: Youtube Videos

Oh sorry!  I download all of my youtube videos and play them back using mplayer, so I rarely acutally visit youtube from my browser.  I guess he might have introduced himself at the start of the video, but I was still probably still trying to remember my o-level french from decades ago at that point.
