[SOLVED] KDE Desktop Configuration Broken

It appears that something within the plasma package group has become disconnected/broken. When desktop configuration (or via system settings, anything within Workspace Theme category) is run, it produces an empty, transparent window. The following errors are logged:

plasmashell[1072]: file:///usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/configuration/ContainmentConfiguration.qml:27:1: Type AppletConfiguration unavailable
     AppletConfiguration {
plasmashell[1072]: file:///usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/configuration/AppletConfiguration.qml:139:13: Type QtControls.ScrollView unavailable
plasmashell[1072]: file:///usr/lib/qt/qml/QtQuick/Controls.2/org.kde.desktop/ScrollView.qml:26:1: module "org.kde.kirigami" version 2.9 is not installed
     import org.kde.kirigami 2.9 as Kirigami

It appears that we have the wrong version of kirigami, or that ScrollView.qml is out of date. I've updated kirigami to version 5.60.0-1.0 from staging, and qt5-quickcontrols and qt5-quickcontrols2 to version 5.13.0-1.2 and the issue persists.

Re: [SOLVED] KDE Desktop Configuration Broken

OK. After installing kirigami2-5.60.0-1.0, qt5-quickcontrols2-5.13.0-1.2, qt5-quickcontrols-5.13.0-1.2, plasma-workspace-5.15.5-1.0, qt5-declarative-5.13.0-1.3 and kdeclarative-5.59.0-1.0 - all from staging - AND rebooting, desktop configuration and system settings are working again.

Since this is kinda solved (y'all need to better synchronize moving some things from staging to stable), I'll tag this as solved.
