You already have a firefox-i18n-de that requres firefox 71.0 or newer.  Trouble is we only have firefox 70.0.1, and I'd hazard to guess the problems with building that can be boiled down to a single word: rust.

@arch32yes: we have always trouble with firefox because either rust or gecko or LTO optimizations or other micro-
optimizations break happily in every new version of firefox. Every fix takes hours to days. Build time is enormous even
of on newest machines. And firefox is defacto unsupported on Intel 32-bit.

I'm not sure that's quite true, since the mozilla homepage offers a linux 32-bit x86 build to download.  But god knows what secret sauce they use to avoid spending dozens of man hours on each 32-bit release.  In fact their build and release process is entirely opaque which is part of the problem the GPL license was written to solve.
