If you're interested, that CPU should be capable of running the full fat archlinux 64 bit build.

that is just what i am looking at again
friends gave me this samsung with windows jears ago and i started my journey through linux distros but from the first time it was clear no 64bit os worked
so i started going to 32bit and year after year its getting narrower to find a good distro
so i ended with arch its challenging but very inspirational towards the terminal as i used it veeery basic until now
i am so happy to receive your comment

how do i do that

If you managed to install arch32 on it, installing arch64 on it should be even easier if anything.
