A race when build tasks are fetched from the master?

This was intentional, but usually it indicates a bug in the build slave's scripts.

The repetition of one slave name was a clear sign of an error:
The build slave didn't recognize the new build order (or crashed while executing it) and ordered a new one, but the build master saw the old assignment and handed it out again.
Then the build master appended the build slave again to the list of slaves working on that order - I have changed that, because it annoyed me.
