After Archlinux full upgrade : Issue with php redis

Hi,

I don't know if it is the right place for my question. I've an issue with php redis after a full upgrade of archlinux32. If i'm not wrong, now the version of php is 7.2.5 and for my two sites (Joomla and Owncloud), i have an error for the redis cache :

"Error: The redis Cache Storage is not supported on this platform.: The redis Cache Storage is not supported on this platform."

Configuration :
web server : nginx
php-fpm
Archlinux : upgrade this morning

If you cannot help me (deal the error with php support) let me know.

Regards,
Antoine

Re: After Archlinux full upgrade : Issue with php redis

Hi,

Redis builds and runs fine on Archlinux32. I'm curious if the error message originates from Joomla itself?

I would try a redis-cli and see if basic Redis works.

I could think about a permission problem somewhere.

Sorry, I don't run Joomla on Archlinux or Archlinux32 but only on Archlinux ARM and without redis.

That said, do Joomla and Ownloud work with redis caching disabled?

Re: After Archlinux full upgrade : Issue with php redis

In fact, the error mentioned was for Joomla.
Now Redis is disabled for Joomla and Owncloud so the 2 sites work perfectly.
I will try to analyse deeply the cause of these errors but now i'm very busy.

Thanks a lot for your reply
