On irc the question arose, how we maintain our own .config for the linux kernel.
What (new) options should be enabled, what should be disabled.
I think, it's a bad idea to disable everything and rely on bug reports / feature requests to enable something. This is, however, the way, I've been doing this for my two crux boxes for several years now.
